After experiencing some of the worst boatyards the Broads have to offer it was with elation when I used Cox’s. Eric and his team were professional, exacting and did exactly what they said they would. On time on budget and with total commitment. I cannot fault them. All the staff were polite informed and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Think it's absolutely disgusting what you've done to the owners of AWOL. You clearly haven't given them an accurate estimate and then billed them an additional £22,000. Now you've essentially impounded their boat, you should have been upfront about the potential costs from the start. The work you've done isn't worth the amount you've charged. Excellent facilities and support

I had a poor experience here unfortunately, with a fibreglass keel repair to my rowing skiff. The finished surface was very uneven, and the new skin wasn't fully engaged onto the existing structure so it quickly broke up and leaked. There was a ring of resin on the top of the boat, where a can had been left. They didn't tell me it was done, I had to call. So generally, I can't recommend.

Very friendly, accessible, well presented.

Terrible service,told me they where busy and will be 2-3 weeks to look at my outboard. 8 weeks later still not done,got fobbed off many times,i felt lied to,and told they had shipped it out to someone else today,absolute joke. In the end went and picked it up and took it else where. Total waste of time and lost weeks without an engine that I could of spent on my boat. Seriously think Twice before you use these people. Great place to launch your boat from, fantastic access to The Broads. Always good service and all facilities were available again today.

This is one of the best boat yards on the Norfolk Broads they repair all boat hull types and have some beautiful moorings.

Bought a boat from this lying scum bag who said he had changed the carbs for new on a 90hp honda engine when clearly he hadn't done let alone cleaned them don't deal with him given the chance he will rip you off like he has me avoid at all costs
